Mike designs and delivers high-impact instructional programs for Microsoft 365—covering SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Power Automate—supported by scalable onboarding, LMS administration, and knowledge base development. He leads stakeholder engagement and Tier 3 support initiatives, streamlining workflows, refining permissions, and elevating user experience.
